Will of Abigail (Chapin) Wheelock

In the Name of God, Amen - I Abigail Wheelock of Charlton in the County of Worcester Widow, do on this 8th day of August in the year of our Lord 1796 make and publish this my last Will and Testament, and dispose of my Worldly estate in manner following, viz. to my beloved Sons Seth Wheelock, Edward Wheelock, Paul Wheelock and Adams Wheelock I give three dollars each to be paid to them or to their heirs should either of them have deceased, by my executor herein after named within six months after my decease and to my Daughter Sarah Thomson Wife of Joseph Thomson I give and bequeth eight dollars to be paid by my said Executor at the same time as before mentioned - and my house hold furniture and wearing apparel, including my Bible and Books of all [....] except it be my Grain in the Chinmey - I give and bequeth in the following manner, viz, one third part therof to my Daughter Mary Converse and her heirs, one third part to my Daughter Abigail Dresser and her heirs, and the other third part thereof to the heirs hereafter named of my late Daughter Ruth Kalley deceased, viz, Jack Kalley, Rachel Kalley, Abigail Kalley and [Keith?] Kalley to be equally divided between them - All the remainder of my estate of what sort [remains?] I give and bequeth to my son John Wheelock whom I make consitute and appoint Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, to be his and his heirs forever upon Conditions that he pay or cause to be paid all my Just Debts and funeral charges and all the above lagacees aforesaid for him to pay - and I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made and publish this as my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have herunto set my hand and Seal the Day and year above written - Signed, Sealed, Published, and declared by the said Abigail Wheelock as [...] for her last Will and Testament, in, presence of us who [...] our names as witnesses thereto in presence of the Testator and of each other -
