Seth Wheelock to Edward and Paul Wheelock, (prob 23 Jun) 1777 Book 77, pg 321

Know all People to whom these presents shall come greeting, know thee that I Seth Wheelock of Charlton in the County of Worcester and state of Massachusetts in New England Yeoman for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and forty pounds to me in hand paid before the ensealing hereof well and truly paid by Edward Wheelock and Paul Wheelock of Charlton in the County aforesaid Yeoman the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and for [given] other good [...] and considerations here unto [moveing] have [relinquished?] released sold and forever quit claim and by these presents do for myself my heirs assigns [?] release sell and forever quit claim unto the said Edward and Paul all right of title I now have or ever had to all the land that my late father, Capt. For and in Consideration of the Sum of four hundred pounds L.M. to me in Hand before the ensealing hereof, well and truly paid by John Wheelock of Spencer in the County aforesaid yeoman --- the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, and [...] therewith fully satisified and contented; and thereof, and of every Part and Parcel thereof, do exonerate, acquite and discharge him the said John Wheelock his Heirs and Assigns forever, a certain tract of land in Charlton aforesaid containing about one hundred and [seven?] acres [as the same?] more or less together with all the buildings [l]and on this farm [...] [...] barn North of the house to which is Paul Wheelock, with the privilege of the barnyard and [land under] the barn so long as said barn stand on the square bounded as follows: beginning by a [...] road that goes from Charlton to Spencer by Capt. To all People to whom these Presents shall come, greeting. Know ye, that I Benjamin Wheelock of Mendon in the County of Worcester in the province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England Husbandman for an in consideration of the Parental love good will and natural affection that I have and do bear unto my beloved son Jonathan Wheelock now resident in the country gore Husbandman this duty to one the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and one felt therewith fully satisfied and contented and thereof an of every part and parcel thereof, do exonerate, qcquit and discharge him, said Jonathan Wheelock his heirs, executors and administrators for ever by these presents: have given granted alined, conveyed and confirmed, an by these presents do freely, fully, and absolutely given, aliene, convey and confirm, unto him the said Jonathan Wheelock his Heirs and Assigns for ever, one [mostly] or half part of the [aforementioned] acres of land in County of Worcester aforesaid lying and being in a [...] acres commonly called the Country Gore said piece or parcel of land being of [southerly] par of three hundred acres of land that I here to fore purchased of Jonas Clark of Boston being bounded Northerly on land of James Alford easterly on land of Phillip Newell southerly on lands of town of Oxford and westerly on land of Wiliam Hard and to be equally divided into quantity with a direct line [front] of said three hundred acres all an equal breadth from Oxford line.

To have and to hold the said granted and bargained premisses, with all the appurtenances, priveledges and commodities to the same belonging, or in any wiise appertaining to him the said Jonathan Wheelock his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Benjamin Wheelock for my self, heris, executors, and administrators, do covenant, promise and grant to and with him the said Jonathan Wheelock his heirs and assigns, that of the ensealing herof, same the true sole and lawful owner of the above-bargained presmisses, and am lawfully seized and posessed of the same in my own proper righ, as a good, perfect, and absolute estate of inheritance in fee-simple. Benjamin Wheelock to Paul Wheelock, 5 Mar 1739/40 Book 16, Pg 360

To all people to whom these presents shall come - Benjamin Wheelock of Mendon in the county of Worcester in the province of the Masachusetts Bay in New England Yeoman Sendeth greeting Know ye that the said Benjamin Wheelock for and in consideration of Parental love and affection which have and to bear to award my son Paul Wheelock of Mendon aforesaid labourer have given granted alienced disposed conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do fully freely clearly and absolutely give grant aliene dispose convey and confirm unto him my said son Paul Wheelock his heirs and asignes forever one full moiety or half part of a certain tract of land which I bought and purchased of Jonas Clarke of Boston Brazier by one deed dated the fourth day of January anno Domini 1722/3 which land is the seventh lott in number in the 10000 acres which lott was sold to the said Jonas Clarke by William Dudley Esq Thomas [...] Esq and [...] How Esq a committee chosen by the great and general assembly of this province to sell and dispose thereof as belonging to the proince the said land is scituate lying being between town of Oxford Leicester and Brookfield the said [...] parcel of land before the ensealing and delivery of this deed being in partnership between my son Jonathan Wheelock and my self and undivided bounded northerly on land of James [Alford?] easterly on land of Phillip Howell southerly on town of Oxford westerly on land of William Ward Esq according to the known and recorded bounds thereof together with [...] rights profits priviledges and apper etc. as in any [...] appertainences to have and to hold the above granted premises together with all and singular the appurtenances thereof unto him my said son Paul Wheelock his heirs and assigns forever or as above said as a good sure and [...] estate of inheritance in fee simple forever free and clear and clearly acquitted and discharged of and from all manner of former and other gifts grants bargains [...] [...] [...] charges and incumbrances whatsoever had made committed [...] suffered to be done by me the said Benjamin Wheelock my heir or assignes as any since or times before of ensealing and delivery of these presents in testimony whereof I have here unto let my hand and seal this fifth day of March in the thirteenth year of the reigns of our Sovereign Loren King George Second and in the year of our Lord 1739/40 Benjamin Wheelock his mark and seal signed sealed and delivered in presence of us 'tis to be noted that before the ensealing and delivery of these presents [ye?] part that is herein given to the above said Paul Wheelock shall be the northerly part of the said tract the southerly part being by the grantor given to his son Jonathan Wheelock as posessed and improved by him in presence of us as above said Jacob Aldrich William Hayward Josiah Marshall Worcester March 5th 1739/40.

To all People to whom these presents shall Come Benjamin Wheelock of Mendon in the County of Worcester in the province of the Massachusetts Bay in new England Yeoman -- Sendeth Greeting Know ye if I the said Benjamin Wheelock in Consideration of that Parental Love & affection which i have and Do bear toward my well beloved son David Wheelock of Mendon aforesaid and to promote his Comfortable Settle ment Have given granted alienced Enscossed Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents Do fully freely Clearly & absolutely Give grant aliene Enscose Convey & Confirm unto him my said son -- David Wheelock and to his heirs and assigns for Ever a Certain Tract or parcel of Land Containing an hundred & fifty acres be the same more or Less Scituate Lying and being att a place Called & Known by the name of the Country Gore bordering on Oxford and Leicester which Land I bought of Joseph Stratten of Marlboro and is bounded Easterly on Land wch I Lately Gave to my son Paul WHeelock Southerly by Land of the Revd [Nehemiah? - possibly Nathll] Stone of Harwick.
