In the Name of God Amen the Tenth Day of [June?] 1783 I Jonathan Wheelock of Charlton in the County of Worcester Gentlemen being advanced for years and somewhat infirm of Body but of perfect mind and memory Thanks be given to God therefor calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men [once?] to Dye Do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament that is to Say principally and first of all I give my Sole and Recommend the same into the hands of God that gave it and my Body and Recommend to the Earth To Be Buried in Decent Christian Burial at the Discression of my Executor nothing [Doughting] but at the general Resurection I Shall Receive the Same again by the Mighty Power of God and as [touching] Such Worldy Estate hearwith it hath pleased God to Bless me with in This Life I give Demise and Dispose of the Same in the following manner and form.

Item: I give and bequeth to my Well Beloved Son Asa Wheelock his heirs and assigns for Ever the Sum of Sixty Six pound together with the interest for the same which sum he now oweth me on the notes one of them Date the twenty first of april and the other the twenty eighth of the same april in the year one thousand seven hundred seventy seven which sum together with what I have heartofore given him is in full for his portion out of my estate.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Well Beloved Daughter Azubah Daggett and To her Heirs for Ever all my Indore moveables Except the Feather of one Bed Which Feather I give to my Son Peter Wheelock the Ticking in which said Feathers now are being his property at this time. Which Indore moveables with What I have heartofore given her is in full for her portion out of my estate.

Item: I give and bequeath to Azubah Town, Lidia Town, and Huldah Town Daughters of my well beloved daughter Huldah Town Deceased Six Shilling Silver money Each Which Sum together With What I have heartofore give to their mother is in full for her or their portion out of my Estate.

Item: I give and bequeth to my two Well Beloved sons Peter Wheelock and Eli Wheelock and to their heirs for ever to be equally divided between them after my Just Debts and Funeral Charges are paid all the remainder of my estate both real and personal or the net proceeds of ye same provided the same be sold after my debts and funeral charges as afore said are paid.

And I do hereby appoint constitute make and ordain my well beloved son Peter Wheelock my Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament with full power to sell my real estate and to make and execute a good and lawfull deed or deeds of the same in as full or ample a manner as I my self now have and I do [?] utterly disalow revoke and disanul all and every other former testament will bequests and legacies and executor by me in any ways before named willed bequethed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament in witness whereof i have hearunto left my hand and seal the day and year above written and in the seventh year of independance.
