In 1850 she was living in Farmington, Franklin County, age 44, with her husband Elijah, age 46, along with children Samuel E, 18, Eliza A., 16, Owen H., 14, Charles H, 12, Rosebell R., 10, Catherine B., 8, Frances, 6, Mary, 4, Lydia A., 2, all surname Heath, all born in Maine.

In 1860 she was in Readfield, 54, with Elija Heath, 58, Samuel E., 31, physician, Rosebel, 22, working in factory, Frances, 16, working in factory, May, 14, Lydia A., 11, Sinclair Kimball, 23, working in factory, and Clarisa Foss, 5, all born in Maine, and all - unless otherwise stated - with surname Heath.

In 1870 she was again in Readfield, 63, with Elijah Heath, 67, Frances Heath, 25, and Charles Hankerson, 7.

Her daughter, Frances A Heath, died 29 March 1918 in Readfield, aged 73 years 9 months 1 day. Per death record, she was born in Belgrade 28 June? 1844, though other family trees in Ancestry.com say she was born in Farmington. The death record identifies her parents as Elija Heath and Persilla Bumps (Merrils??).¹

The death record of her daughter, Lydia A. H. Metcalf identifies her parents as Elijah and Priscila Heath.

The death record of her son, Samuel E. Heath, identifies his parents as Elija Heath and ____ Morrill; his father was born in Salem, Maine, his mother in Phillips, Maine. Samuel was born 17 June 1832 in Salem, and died 13 July 1921 in Farmington, Maine.²

Sinclair Kimball, who resided with the family in 1860, married Rosebella Heath in 1860. Sinclair was the son of Carleton Kimball and Martha Scribner, no near relationship to Priscilla.³

The daughter Eliza A. Heath may be the Eliza A. of Hallowell that married Alfred Gannett of Boston 8 Aug 1871. No death record on Ancestry.com for Eliza Gannett.

No credible birth record for Priscilla Merrill was found in Maine on Ancestry or FamilySearch. Ditto Priscilla Kimball.

There was a Priscilla Kimball, b. 25 July 1808 in Bradford, Essex County, Massachusetts, daughter of Moses Kimball and Rebecca Morse of Bradford. But Priscilla Kimball died in 1809.⁴

There was supposedly a Priscilla Merrill, b. 1807, daughter of John Merrill and Mary Susan Adams, who were married 8 Apr 1788 in Cumerland, Maine.⁵

Also, a Priscilla Merrill born 4 Apr 1808 in Peacham, Vermont, daughter of Jesse Merrill.⁶. According to A Merrill Memorial: An Account of the Descendants of Nathaniel Merrill, An Early Settler of Newbury, p. 434-5, Priscilla's mother was Priscilla Kimball.

Some Kimball wills were checked in Kennebec County, Maine: (1) Moses Kimball, Vienna, 17 Sep 1834, (2) Apphia Kimball, Augusta, 9 Jan 1845, (3) William Kimball, Vienna, 29 Nov 1849, (4) William Kimball, probably the same as 3, Feb 1850.

During the Civil War he was a sergeant in Company I, 52nd regiment Massachusetts infantry.¹

After the war, he married Henrietta E. Metcalf. Per marriage record, he was the son of Joseph and Elizabeth Parker, born in Northampton, Massachusetts. When Henrietta died, he married again.

On 30 Dec 1889 he filed for a pension, which was later granted - certificate 545,329.

He died 9 Nov 1917 at the Roseburg, Oregon, home for disabled volunteer soldiers.²
