In 1930, H. Eugene Anderson was 10, living again in Florence with his parents, both of whom were born in Tennessee.

His father, Charles E. Anderson, born 4 Jan 1884 in Sparta, Tennessee, died 19 Feb 1934 in Lubbock.¹
