Eliza Wheelock is enunumerated in the 1880 Census living in the household of her brother, George E. Wheelock, in Charlton, MA.

The death date of 18 Sep 1882 is not definitively proven, but the following evidence exists: (1) headstone in Northside Cemetery, Cemetery Rd. in Charlton reads: "Wheelock, Eliza, d 18 Sep 1882, age 60 yrs, 9 months." This implies a birth date of Dec 1821. (2) The headstone is in the same cemetery as that of her father. (3) No record exists in the Charlton, Spencer, Leicester, or Mendon VRs of Elisa (or Eliza) marrying; rendering plausible her retention of the last name "Wheelock".
