Division of estate was made 4 September 1806 to Mrs. Deboarah Cady, widow; Anna Thayer, eldest daughter; Esther Fuller, second daughter; heirs of Lucy Miles, deceased, third daughter; Polly Tracy, fourth daughter; Kezia Norris, fifth daughter; Sally Hicks, sixth daughter; Hannah Butts, seventh daughter; Levina Cady, eigth daughter. The division of estate also noted that John C. Cady and George W. Cady, sons of the deceased, were already "fully estated in the life time of sd decd."¹

In it he mentions his wife, Mary, his eldest son Phinehas, son James, eldest daughter Mary, daughter Abigail, sons Curtis and Edward, of whom the latter were appointed executors.¹
