John S. Wheelock's Montpelier marriage record indicates that he was from Moriah, NY when married to Elvira Sinclair in 1834. He is enumerated in the 1840 and 1850 Census living next to Squire K. Wheelock in Moriah.

The "History of Whiteside County, Illinois", by W. W. Davis, 1908, reports that Rosanna was deceased in 1908.
