Lucy (Small) Waters was the widow of Gardner Waters when she married Josiah Wheelock in 1796.

Lucy Wheelock, widow, died in March 1841. On 2 Apr 1841, Simeon Waters was appointed administrator of her estate. The following heirs of Lucy were named: Samuel Small of Jay, Maine; Aaron Small, Luther Small, Stephen Tainter and Sally Tainter all of Millbury.¹

The Columbian Centinel shows the deaths of two Silas Wheelocks in Dorchester: Silas, age 32, C.C. Nov 5, 1837; and Silas, age 42, C. C. Nov 9, 1831.¹.

The 1830 Federal Census shows a Silas Wheelock living in Dorchester, MA. The household as a male between 15 and 19, another male between 30 and 39, and a male between 60 and 69. A woman, age 20 to 29 is also in the household.

The middle male would match the age of this Silas. It is possible that the older male is his father, known to be living when Silas died.
