Ellery Bicknell Crane in "Genealogical and Personal Memoirs of Worcester County, MA" indicates that Loiusa is the daughter of Dana Stone and his first wife, Mary Whitney, of Northborough, MA. (Source: "Genealogical & Personal Memoirs of Worcester County Vol. 1", Ellery Bicknell Crane, The Lewis Publishing Company, 1907). This, however, contradicts the Northborough marriage record, which lists her parents as Dana Stone and Louisa Stone (deceased). (Mass Archives, Vol 137, Pg 207).
