E. T. Wheelock moved with his parents to Barre, Vermont in 1868. He removed to Swanton, Vermont before 1895, when he married Frankie M. Smith there. In 1932 he was president of the Wheelock Association of Calais. By occupation he was a railroad mail clerk. Per obituary, he was survived by his widow, Mamie Smith Wheelock, one son, Kenneth of Flint, Michigan, one brother, Dr. Albert Wheelock of Wallingford, Connecticut, and two grandchildren in Flint.1

John Andrews Wheelock was engaged in the marcantile business in China, where he died.1
John Andrews Wheelock arrived in 1853 to work for Fogg & Co. He was still with Fogg & Co. at the beginning of 1861, according to the China Directory for that year. He set up as an auctioneer and general commission agent in April 1861; incorporated in September; and as of December was located in the rear of Russell & Co., off Mission Road.
Wheelock formed a partnership with his younger brother, Thomas Reed Wheelock, circa 1863, and died at Shanghai in March 1865.
