In 1863 he was enumerated on a list of men from Stockton eligible for the draft, Adam Biddleman, 33, farmer, married, born in New York.¹

Adam Bidleman is enumerated in the 1870 census living in Stockton, 40, farmer, born New York, with Mary, 34, born New York, William, 14, working on farm, Almira, 12, working at home, Edgar, 10, working at home, Orlen, 7, Harry 4, and Walthy, 1, all born in Illinois.

He is listed on 1870 non-population schedule for Stockton, enumerated 25 Aug 1870.²

In 1880 Mary Biddleman was still living in Stockton, but she was widowed, living with her mother, and three children: Orlo, 16, Harry, 13, and Kittie, 11.
