This is probably the Charles Wheelock, age 33, enumerated in the 1850 Census living in Dudley, MA, and the father of Simeon D. Wheelock, who married in Dudley in 1858. He may also be the father of Frank O. Wheelock (son of Charles and Emily), born about 1855, married 1876 in Worcester, MA.

She is enumerated in the 1910 Census, sister in law, living in Brooklyn, NY, again in the home of George W. Farnum (?), and Eleanor M. Farnum. She is listed as Columbia A. Wheelock, age 75, born in Vermont, father born in Vermont.

The Miami Valley Genealogical Index refers to the marriage of Carrie Thayer and F. B. Mast in 1885, the death of F. B. Mast in 1891, and the marriage of Mrs. Carrie Mast and Ellis Wheelock in 1894. It is presumed Mrs. Carrie Mast and Carrie Thayer are one and the same.
