Notes:

Prior to marrying Maude, Roy Milton Bickford married Gladys Lola Bracket, whom he divorced in 1927.¹

The 30 Oct 1934 edition of the Kennebec Journal announced the divorce of Maude L. Bickford of Mt. Vernon from Roy M. Bickford of the same place, custody of two minor children awarded to Maude; Roy ordered to pay $2.50 per week for support of the children.²

In 1940, Roy M. Bickford was living in Westborough, Massachusetts, a tractor driver for the Westborough State Hospital.

His death announcement appears in the 10 Mar 1942 edition of The Lewiston Daily Sun, and reads as follows:³

"Mt. Vernon - Mrs. Vesta Dolloff has received word of the death of Roy Bickford of Northboro, Mass. Mrs. Bickford died very suddently in a Boston hopsital. He is survived by a wife and several children, and was a resident of this town [Mt. Vernon] for may years."

On 6 Oct 1830, Elijah and Olive Lynes, of Hamburg, sold 14 1/2 acres of land there to Jonathan Woodard.¹

Olive Lynes is listed second (after Albert) in the list of Silas' children in his administration of estate, dated 28 Oct 1859.²

Per U.S. mortality schedules, Olive Lyons died in Oakland County, Michigan, Nov 1849, aged 43, born Connecticut [sic?].

Her gravestone marker is located in Drayton Plains Cemetery, Waterford, Michigan. As of Sep 2023, the gravestone is buried; but a portion of it was exposed in a photograph on FindAGrave. Per memorial there, she was born 9 Apr 1806 in Oneida County, New York, and died 13 Nov 1849 in Oakland County, Michigan. The inscription, from cemetery records, says w/o Elijah, aged 43 years 8 months 6 days.
