Benjamin Wheelock, son of Jonathan and Thankful, is probably the same individual that married Prudence Divol. The Boston Columbian Centinel newspaper death notice for Benjamin, published in the 20 Jan 1810 edition, states that Benjamin died in Concord, "late of Lancaster", aged 48. This ties together the Concord and Lancaster Benjamins. Note that his brother, Jonathan, lived in Concord, MA for a time.
This is probably the Benjamin Wheelock from Lancaster who fought in the Revolutionary War under Colonel Bradford.

"Ira obtained his education in the district school in Leicester, NY, and in the Burkbit Collegiate Institute. He helped his father on the farm. After marriage he went to Bureau County, Illinois, made arrangements to settle there, and returned home for his wife. Finding that family affairs demanded his presence, he yielded to his father's importunity, gave up his Western projects, and decided to remain on the homestead, whereof he eventually became sole proprietor, so that this has been his life-long home."
