The 1870 Federal Census, Concord, Erie Co, NY shows Cyrus G. (or J?) Wheelock, age 21, living in the household of Lewis Wheelock (age 66) and Eliza (age 57).
According to the Petition for Administration of his fathers estate (Erie County Surrogate Court File # 24272), Cyrus lived in the town of Buffalo, NY, in 1884, when the petition was filed.

Obadiah served in the Revolutionary War, engaged for the town of Tyringham, MA. He served in Colonel John Ashley's Regiment.
Records dated 21 Dec 1818 identify Obadiah Wheelock of Floyd, Oneida Co, NY as being 56 years old and having enlisted in May/June 1779 in Tyringham, Mass. now deserving of a pension due to indigent needs.
