Obadiah Wheelock's will was last amended by him on 4 Feb 1760, and was allowed 4 Nov 1760. In it, he leaves the bulk of his estate to his wife, Elizabeth Wheelock; with the real estate to be divided equally among his children upon her death. He also mentions his "Negro man" Robin, who he directs to serve his wife for two years, then be set free. On 2 Nov 1761, a division of estate was made by Jasper Daniels, Edmond Rawson, and Samuel Warren, appointees of the court. The estate was valued at 206 pounds, 4 shillings, and 8 pence. It was divided into sections of land that were left to the following heirs of Obadiah Wheelock: Captain Samuel Wheelock, Ebenezer Wheelock, Josiah Wheelock, Elizabeth Rockwood, Hannah Underwood, Rebeccah Fisk, Obadiah Wheelock, Jr., and the heirs of Margarett Albee, deceased.
