Joseph was the twin of Sarah. The Shrewsbury Vital records disagree, however, on the dates of birth. The VR records Sarah's birth date as 29 June 1783, and Joseph's birth date as 29 Jan 1783. Joseph's headstone, in Maplewood Cemetery, Mannsville, NY confirms that the 29 June 1783 date is correct, and that the 29 Jan 1783 date is a typographical error.
